For 7th-12th Grade Students:

• You are encouraged to bring items for the Platte Food Pantry for the Christmas giving project. You can put your items in Mrs. Masur's room. Junior high will be competing against high school for most items collected. Winner gets pizza during Friday lunch.
• JH boys – if you are playing basketball this year, Coach Johnson will be here after school Friday, Dec. 12, for a brief meet and greet.
• JH boys’ basketball practice starts Monday, Dec. 15, at AC.

• Exams are right around the corner. The hot lunch gals would like your help. Please pre-register for lunch on Wednesday, 17th, French toast, and Thursday the 18th, Chili cheese fries.
• Platte Area Youth Group we are caroling at the care centers tonight. JH & SH please arrive at the C.R.C. at 6:30pm for Homemade Ziti, garlic bread, and salad. A Hay Ride will be available along with hot chocolate and hot apple cider to keep us warm!

• Lunch Times: 11:40 a.m. – preschool; 11:45 a.m. – kindergarten; 11:50 a.m. – 1st/2nd grades; 11:55 p.m. – 3rd/4th grades; 12:00 p.m. – 5th/6th grades

Parents/Readers on the Web:
• First semester exams will be Wednesday, Dec. 17, Thursday, Dec. 18, and Friday, Dec. 19. If your family relies on your HS student for transportation please inform them of the days/times that your HS student will not be at school so they can make other arrangements depending on the exam schedule.
• Fellowship will be serving Arby's roast beef sandwiches along with baked beans, chips, and pop during the ACDC double header next Tuesday, December 16. Come out and enjoy a meal and some basketball action during our first home game of the season. The Freshmen will also be having a bake sale along with a silent auction of baked goods and gifts.
