· Today’s Lunch Dismissal Times: 11:47 – Sophomores; 11:49 – Freshmen; 11:51 – Junior High; 11:53 – Seniors; 11:55 – Juniors
· For Friday Hot Lunch the juniors will be serving Super Nachos and blizzards. Cost will be $2.50 for K – 6th and $3 for 7 – Adult. Please have your orders turned in by Thursday at noon.
· The following family still needs to turn in the last page of the handbook (signed): Joel W
· The following families still need to turn in their income survey: Gloria K, Aaron T, Gary VZ, Keith VH, Dan V, Joel W.
· The following 7-12 students still need to bring in a container of disinfectant wipes and a box of Kleenexes:

· Picture order forms were sent home with PK-11th graders yesterday. These need to be returned next Monday if you wish to order pictures.
· DCS is hosting a blood drive on Tuesday, Sept 14 from 10:00-3:00. Calls are being made! If you are not called, and would like to give blood, we would love to have you! Please call Donna Veurink 243-2211 to schedule a time.
· Students interested in giving blood: If you are 16, you may give blood, but you need a parent permit form. Please get that from Mrs. V. If you are involved in sports, please visit with your coach.
· Attention Student Council members – remember to sign up for volleyball concessions. Our first home game is Tuesday. Signup sheet is on Mrs. Veurink’s bulletin board.
· Danica, Amy, Ivory, Cooper, Alicia: Pick up your blood drive call sheets from Mrs. V as soon as possible. Then…CALL!!
· Sam, Ashley, Jake: You are responsible for promoting our blood drive…meet with Mrs. V at noon and she will guide you.
· Attention high school students: Your student library number has changed to the number you use for lunch. Please use your lunch number when you sign out library books. Mrs. Van Dusseldorp
· Attention volleyball players & fans: you are invited to stay after the volleyball game in Menno on Thursday and enjoy a hotdog and/or BBQ – compliments of the Menno FCA J Also – just a reminder that Hwy 18 (through Olivet) is closed. Use alternate route.
· Oral Interp meeting at noon in Mrs. Stekly’s room.
· Play auditions will be today & tomorrow yet – see Mrs. Stekly to arrange a time.
· Parents reading on the web: The DCS Fellowship will meet next Monday night, September 13 at 8 p.m. (Sorry this is the same evening for those of you are also cleaning at the NHCRC. We are having a hard time finding a night that works. Hope you can finish up there in time to come to the meeting.)
